A balanced outdoor lifestyle can keep you fit, balanced and filled with energy and a healthy, toned body and feeling light, a positive mindset comes as a result. Watersports is a lifestyle that is investment into ourselves, for a fully rounded content life. I found it has contributed to my life to be fitter, more positive and connected me with so many new people who are inspiration, support systems and fun in Doha our second home. All the wonderful women we know day to day fulfilling so many diverse roles and tasks deserve this me time. Let's have some fun together on the water, connect and build strength, positivity.


The program is designed for all:

Building from SUP Basics to SUP Level2 our comprehensive workshops help you become a confident, fit and strong paddler. Build confidence on the water, learn about water safety, explore sandbanks, islands, exciting waterways of Doha. 

A SUP session will burn anywhere between 200-1000 calories in a session depending on the intensity. SUP will engage and develop your core stability (abs, lower back) as well as the stabilizing muscles rarely used in onland activities. You will notice changes on your body in short time and will feel you get stronger, fitter and healthy. The low impact nature of SUP is great for recovery and strengthens the body to prevent injury. 

We mix in SUP Yoga to slow down at the end of our session. A balance of paddle fitness and slow yoga asanas floating on the water is the perfect balance for body and mind. Yoga also helps us with range of movement and brining awareness to body mechanics. 

What better way to keep fit than floating on the crystal clear water, getting a tan and spending time in wonderful company.

For a fully balanced workout we integrate stretching, yoga and beach exercises, fun based challenges to make the progress more enjoyable.

  • Sessions go ahead with a minimum of 3 participants. 
  • Safety: Blue Pearl provides all gear for participants in accordance with the safety processes developed in cooperation with the Qatar Tourism Authority. Including lights, buoyancy aids and insuring international standards for instructor to group ratio for a safe, professional touring experience.
  • Prerequisite: able to swim
  • Capacity: 8 participants per instructor as per international safety standards, all SUP & safety gear provided (solid SUPs and adjustable paddles)

    Blue Pearl does not commit to taking photographs in the sessions, our main concern and focus are your safety and enjoyment of the outdoors. 

  • Location: Blue
    Pearl base in the Porto Arabia marina gate 22.

  • How to prepare:  Please wear appropriate gear for cultural considerations. Swimming gear, t-shirt/rashguard and shorts. Be prepared with a cap, sunblock and water, refillable bottle for hydration (can be refilled at the Blue Pearl base), change of dry clothes.
