A floating fun session for families - quality time outdoors on the fresh air. Paddling skills, water confidence, paddle games, cruising - where children get to play, learn about water safety, get comfortable on the water while paddling with their parents. 

The location of the session is the protected waters of the Porto Arabia marina. 

The best way to get your children outdoors, spend valuable time together, enjoy a great workout and the thrills of the SUP and kayak paddling on the way. Your children will also get the chance to practice their swimming skills and discover local nature - marine life around The Pearl-Qatar, the fish nursery in the marina and potentially spotting jumping, flying fish on the way, sting rays, birds diving down to fish.

We believe kids from a very young age can have fun on and in the water in a well designed, safe session with experienced instructors. Our aim is to educate and empower for safe and fun watersports, and teach the younger generation a healthy lifestyle through sports. 

• Safety:  Club Blue Pearl Select provides all gear for participants in accordance with the safety processes developed in cooperation with the Qatar Tourism Authority. Including lights (for evening sessions), buoyancy aids and insuring international standards for instructor to group ratio for a safe, professional touring experience.
• Equipment: will be allocated on the day. 
  

• Prerequisite: swimming ability of 25 meters

• Photography: Blue Pearl does not commit to taking photographs in the sessions, our main concern and focus are your safety and enjoyment of the outdoors. Any photos taken will be posted on our social media channels, in case of successful photographs. Photos are not sent in email, or by other media directly to participants. 

• Location: Blue Pearl Porto Arabia HQ Marina Gate 22. bit.ly/1Unl3cb. Changing cabins are available for use inside our base and shelves for storing bags. Toilets are accessible in the retail area of The Pearl-Qatar 50m from our base.

• How to prepare:  Swimming gear, t-shirt/rashguard and shorts. Be prepared with a cap, sunblock and water, water for hydration (1 bottle/person) , change of dry clothes.
