Qatar's 1st off-road bike tour is here from your favourite outdoor company Blue Pearl! 

We gear up with Fatbikes and full safety gear to cross the Zekreet headland, from Zekreet village to the Richard Serra statues. The adventurous are welcome to join us for a short hike of the close by Jebels (Zekreet's limestone hills). 

This guided tour is 2 hours duration where the group rides together, connecting and exploring Qatar's unique nature together. If you are lucky you will spot oryx and goats too!

Prerequisite: basic level of bike riding skills, average fitness. Please note this is not a Learn to Ride session. 

Equipment: all provided by Blue Pearl (fat bikes, helmets, gloves, lights). Bike sizes will be assigned on the day.

Young riders: Families with kids from 9 years of age are welcome, kids are to be accompanied by a parent, or other responsible adult.

Safety:  Club Blue Pearl Select provides all safety gear - including helmet, knee pads, elbow protector, biking gloves -  for participants in accordance with the safety processes developed for a professional touring experience.

Blue Pearl reserves the right to offer alternate activities in the case of unsuitable weather conditions, for safety reasons.

According to AIG's group insurance policy all are to wear helmets provided by Blue Pearl, those not wearing helmets are not covered by AIG's group accident coverage. 

Prerequisite: basic bike riding skills - ask us if any doubts or questions!

Capacity: up to 25 participants/ session. 

Recommended: all age groups. Families with kids 9 years+. 

Booking with children:  When booking for children (under 14 years) or for small children for safety considerations 1 adult with valid booking is to accompany children on the tour. 

Photography: Blue Pearl does not commit to taking photographs in the sessions, our main concern and focus are your safety and enjoyment of the outdoors. 

Location: Blue Pearl mobile base in Zekreet.

How to prepare:  Comfortable outdoor gear -t-shirt, long sleeve top/jacket in winter months and shorts/leggings and trainers. Be prepared with a cap, sunblock and a backpack with your water bottle, so you can hydrate on the way.

Payment: on location in cash, please note Blue Pearl does not accept CC payment

ENVIRONMENT CARE | Only leave footprints behind. Please do not throw your garbage in the desert; it can be disposed of responsibly at the Blue Pearl base and checkpoints.
