Enjoy this group ride, guided by Blue Pearl's instructor.

The ride starts from Doha Sports Park and finishes there. Meeting spot is at the DSP 15 minutes before the start of the session. Please park in the dedicated parking spots and walk to the Blue bike base. 

The 75 minutes duration includes gearing up, safety briefing and the ride.

Includes:

- Use of Blue Pearl equipment (fatbikes, helmet, gloves). Bike sizes will be assigned on the day. 

- Blue Pearl guide leading the group

- Use of bathrooms at the Doha Sports Park

Safety:  Blue Pearl provides all safety gear - including helmet, biking gloves -  for all participants in accordance with the safety processes developed for a professional touring experience.

Blue Pearl reserves the right to offer alternate activities in the case of unsuitable weather conditions, for safety reasons.

Prerequisite:  

- able to ride, this is not a learn to ride session - ask us if any doubts or questions!

- provide your QID number when booking, this will be required at the entrance and security will only allow entry for those who have provided full names and QID numbers. 

- For all participants under 18 years, a parent must sign the Disclaimer Waiver form on location. No sign, no ride. 

Capacity: up to 15 participants per session.

Recommended: 

- for those able to ride, this is not a learn to ride session

- bookings are open from 15 years of age. All Youth 15-16 years must be accompanied by a parent in the session with a valid booking.

Photography: Blue Pearl does not commit to taking photographs in the sessions, our main concern and focus are your safety and enjoyment of the outdoors.

How to prepare:  

Comfortable outdoor gear -t-shirt, long sleeve top/jacket in winter months and shorts/leggings and trainers (no sandals, flip flops). Be prepared with a backpack for your water bottle, so you can hydrate on the way.

upfront payment via bank transfer to confirm your booking. Our team will get in touch with you for details, following your online booking. 

Environment Care:  Only leave footprints behind. Please do not throw your garbage in the desert; it can be disposed of responsibly at the Blue Pearl base and checkpoints. We support environmentally friendly activities with this non-intrusive sport. Hope to have you on board in this mission, to make a change in conserving Qatar's fantastic natural resources!

Booking & Cancellation policy

All bookings are to be made online at www.bluepearlexperience.com, we do not process bookings via messages, or phone calls. The booking system enables you to search availability and make bookings 24/7.

All communication including session updates rescheduling, cancellations are via email. Please keep an eye on your emails for updates!

Payment - upfront payment via bank transfer required to confirm your booking. Our team will get in touch with you for details, following your online booking. 

BOOKING PROCESS

When booking you will receive an automated PENDING status email. 

We will CONFIRM the go ahead up to 24 hours before your session, however on rare occasions the confirmation can be 12 hours before the session due to weather and unforeseen circumstances effecting the scheduled sessions. 

Our team will be in touch with you regarding upfront payment & your choice of food when choosing the F&B package.

Your sessions is confirmed once proof of payment has been received via email. 

Blue Pearl reserves the right to reschedule your session in case of 1./ unsafe weather conditions or in the case of 2./ insufficient number of bookings for the session to go ahead (minimum 4 bookings required for a session to go ahead). 

Our team will communicate the postponement of the session & possible reschedule timings with you via email. 

CANCELLATIONS & NOSHOWS

We recognise that the majority of those who cancel do out of necessity. To allow all in the community to enjoy the sessions even with limited group sizes please note the below policy to enable the transfer of spots to other clients in case of cancellations.

Cancellations - contact Blue Pearl of your cancellation request up to latest 24 hours before the session, by replying to the booking email received from the system. 75% fee is refundable in cash.

No-shows & late cancellations within 24 hours - no refund, due to logistics including gear, instructors and food being booked.
