How to prepare: 

- wear a swimming suit, rashvest and shorts

- bring at least 1 litre of water for hydration

- change of dry clothes, towel, flip flops

• Swimming skills of 50 meters. 
• Completion of 5 basic WindSUP sessions 
• Capacity: 4 participants / group, session goes ahead with minimum 2 people
• Location: QSUP base on The Pearl-Qatar, Costa Malaz, Qanat Quartier marina 
• Recommended: for kids & adults
